Blot the urine, then cover with baking soda, then vacuum. If there's any stain left, you can try using a solvent based cleaner as appropriate.

For non-microfiber, you can use something called Urineout (Sometimes misspelled as Urinout), which is essentially an enzyme that breaks down urine, and works really well.
